Dont think i did too badly over the weekend with the food, not sure if i recorded what i ae for saturday, i should check and record what i had yesterday. lost a pound last week, i know i said 2 pounds a week but im still happy because i had started working out late in the week and STILL lost weight, so im proud. This week i'll just go extra hard in the gym and eat waaay less to burn a lot more calories. Im really dedicated to this, i have an April 1 deadline, then i'll work to keep it off. I wont weigh in until Friday, hopefully i would have lost 2 to 3 pounds by then. i cannot wait to get under 200 pounds :D Will keep u posted. <3 *besos*
