good monday morning :) here just having my breakfast thinking about what im doing with my diet. I ddnt follow it on at all for sunday lunch or evening :(
but i dont count myself as a failure because im still eating healthy and healthy is good enough. Im still working out. and one other thing i did yesterday was buy some weight loss pills. I guess you can say im on my own diet. And although i have nothing against the atkins diet (after all i lost 16lbs!) i feel at this point it gave me the push i needed to continue on losing by eating healthy and making the right choices. NO more mindeless eating for me. so thank you atkins diet for the help!

hey lol.. i just posted on ur last journal. just something i forgot to mention there... sundays are my cheat day. i do it for two reasons.. its easier to follow my diet when i know that sunday i can have some of the things i don't allow for myself during the week, and also, it gives my metabolism a chance to reset and power me up for the week ahead. maybe instead of feeling like a failure, just pick a day, or a meal or whatever works for you, and let yourself have something you really enjoy without guilt.

Good luck, Tricia. Just be aware that those weight loss pills are not the healthiest thing. I was on some for a very brief period of time, and they wreaked havoc on my body. Anyway, I hope you can find some alternatives in food choices that can help you with cravings. For instance, homemade chocolate mousse, Jello with whipped cream. There are some great recipes on this site.

thank u both, call me hard headed i guess. im just gonna keep eating healthy and exercising and using the site for all the good things it offers and take the pills and i'll see how it goes.

the worst thing you can do mama is give up... i did that and after putting back on 33 lbs i regret it forever... i now have 20 lbs left to get back there but its been harder and more frustrating b/c i lost all this already. but as long as you're heading in the right direction regardless of how long it takes it will get easier and u will feel better about urself.

i feel i still am following the phase 2 part which started today im def watching the carbs as much as possible so i with the pills i feel like it can take up for any accidents that could happen in between.
