Good morning Everyone and Happy Friday to you all. I'm up a bit this morning and I kinda know why but it's all good heading into the weekend. I start Day 1 of my Bright Line Eating bootcamp today and I'm both excited and trepidatious about what the next 8 weeks will bring. I loved the 14 day challenge and the results from it but it made me realize how much support and structure I need to make such a huge change in my relationship with food so I'm doing the 8 week bootcamp now to get those habits automatic. Another bonus is that Susan Peirce Thompson's book came out this week so I have that to read (added to my growing pile). Triple excitement.
