Well I gained this week. Do not know why but I am finding it hard sometimes to eat all of my points. I didnt drink as much water as I should too, So far this week I am on track again. I want to do it this time and am getting frustrated about all the bouncing around. I either seem to lose or gain big. I am not giving up like I usually do and I will keep striving to do my best.

Keep on keeping on Cheryl...you can do this! Isn't the body amazingly frustrating? If you eat more than your points--you gain. If you don't eat all your points--you gain. Ahhhh! Ha! Don't worry gal...you'll make it work!
