Slowly slowly...

This has been a very slow week for me. However, given experience, my very desk-tied life and the ageing meanders that were formerly brisk dog walks, which represent "exercise", I am not in the least bit surprised.

Not in a hurry.

Just like the dogs.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
