Got my Miracle Noodles (0 cals, 0 carbs) in the mail today. My wife refused to touch them after I opened the package and the strong fish smell emerged, and sneered a the instructions that require that they be hand dried after rinsing for 3-5 minutes in hot water. She calls them "Franken noodles" and swears I am going to die from eating them. Guess what, I mixed those babies with my sauteed veggies and some soy sauce and they were just fine. They really do take on the flavor of what you throw on them. And did I mention they have no calories? Yeah! Now, I am waiting on my no calorie pasta sauce from Walden farms -- hope it is good. Then I can have guilt-free pasta for snack.

~laughs~ "Franken noodles" sorry, should have warned you about their smell, some you will find stronger than others, but once prepared, and flavored.... not bad at all. Goya makes Sofrito Tomato Cooking Base - very strong "spaghetti sauce flavor" paste. I dice up a few tomatoes add the Sofrito paste, soaked the noodles in beef broth - fantastic. Good luck!
