doing ok-- having a hard time staying around the 20 carbs but not sure if the food entries are all that accurate when it comes to carb counting. Won't consider the fibers/sugar carbs that do not count. wish there was a better way to track atkins diet. None the less, the food entry calculator is a big help

Comments
Some things, like cooked meats, veggies ect it is always better to put in raw weight. A lot of the time there are other assumptions in the "cooked" entries. Mayo always type in "real mayo" to get the zero carb entry.
