Weighed in this morning and it read 249.4! 19 days on induction and I'm down 21 pounds. Maybe I'm losing weight too fast?

Hi there - that is a lot in a short time. I took a peak at your food diary and your calories are way too low. If you keep on going that way you might lose some more and then the body goes into starvation mode and that will be it. See that you have at least 1800 kcal a day and stay within your net carbs (sorry, no beer :-))) )//On another note, men lose a lot faster than women do, so it is not that surprising.

I agree- too far under the RDI is no fun (I tried that while getting used to my diet and man am I glad to eat more!) Even if the weight loss slows down a little after this initial phase, it's still something to enjoy. Way to go!

Thanks!
Most days I'm not that hungry. (stomach shrinkage?)
At the end of the month is when I'm planning to come off induction.
That's when I'll start adding more food into my diet.

It is a normal process that you are not that hungry. That's when it get kind of difficult because you need to eat nevertheless. Going into OWL means one thing at a time, for about one week, starting off with 1 oz of almonds. So, that would not bee that much.
