gooooooooood mornin everyone...brrrr...14 outside...another cold morning..sun felt good shinnin thru the bedroom window yesterday..i layed on the bed just to soak up on them sun rays...that warm feelin of the sun shinnin in felt great until it moved outta the windows view...lol...already been on the scales..im maintaining nicely...thinkin if i watch what i eat more closely next few days should see a drop in weight once again..im thinkin mabye i was eating more then i should of been for no exercise...you wouldnt think so, but thats all i can figure out...so just gonna tweak here an there thru out the day an try to stay on top of it...with the temps up in the 30s today, the plan is to ride the stationary bike ...brian called yesterday afternoon an came by...we went lookin at another 4 runner to fix up...still gettin calls on the other one, but so far no one has decided they love it as much as we do...lol...an thats fine...its worth the price thats on it..not that many older toyota 4 runners out and driving down the roads that much anymore...well...need to get up an movin...try an warm up some..get this ole body warmed up...have a great day everyone...an remember..move it..move it..

2. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! THINK POSITIVE !!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING YOU HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS YOU CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY...YOU'RE ONLY IN COMPETION WITH YOURSELF !!!!!!

Your Goal Number 14 is a great reminder for me! I have been "going through the motions" with my exercise! We must remember that we only get out of it what we put into it! Thanks again Buddy!
