Up again. 3 days in a row. At this rate I'll only be down 3lbs after 2 weeks of induction. I should stay off the scale till then, but I probably won't. Cried about it this am. How do you gain weight eating salads? I'm so tired of lettuce. Can't even judge by how my jeans fit b/c they were so tight before, they're still tight. And I'm sure what little I've lost so far doesn't even make a difference. I'm "dieting" to lose weight, but each day I have more weight to lose.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
