I have a bad cough. Looking at all the labels on cough syrup trying to avoid sugar and alcohol Birthday party cancelled because of stomach flu' Really sad but big snowstorm too so it probably wouldn't have happened anyway. I wanted to go over and help but the roads weren't plowed. By next week end I will be stronger and more committed and less likely to get in trouble. Today we moved Grandpa's bar into the kitchen & moved all of the liquor out of the other cupboard. It looks really nice and I got the old cupboard to turn into an Atkins cupboard. I got the cereal and crackers etc moved out and made room also for tea and crystal light where I can get to it easily and not have to search. Stuff like this makes me feel more committed to doing this long term. I snuck a peak at the scale and I think I have lost 2 lbs. Won't officially weigh in until tomorrow which is my 21st day on induction

Look for diabetic syrups. They ten to be about a carb per serving.
Also, when choosing meds, go with tablets or gelcaps.
Ricolla has great sugar-free cough drops.
