I didn't record anything yesterday as I didn't do anything. I'm not really sure why and I can come up with all kinds of excuses why I didn't walk but it is like lying to myself. I came up with my feet hurt but I have walked with them hurting before. I was able to walk today but it was just a calorie burning walk. I ate at Red Robin last night. I had a mushroom burger and when I weighed myself after my walk I was down another pound.
