This year has been amazing so far ~ at least as far as my business and husband are concerned. My weight is still sitting still. This week I've been terribly tired due to hormones, TOM, and continuous snow and rain. I'm also doing an intensive program where we're "peeling back the layers" and digging deep into our crud. Blah. Haha. Let's see if I can actually give my food and my body a little bit of attention. I've been ignoring it for a few months. ;-)

Wow ~ just realized I never even updated my websites from my old posts. I've come a long way in just 6 or 7 months!
