Sitting here drinking my coffee. I love the part of the day when I sit and do nothing,lol. Won't last for long.
Todays exercise Bike: 30 min, 14-15 mph, 7 resistance Weights: 15 min
It has been several months since I really started to go gluten free and I am able to say no to gluten foods without feeling like I am missing something. My husband brought doughnuts home this morning and I'm not missing them at all. Feeling stronger and know I can make a choice to be healthy and happy about it. Have a great day everyone!
