Second day of eating better and I'm feeling good. I have not exercised today but I ate very well. No candy in the late afternoon! I am not working (we have had snow days all week here) so that may be helping. That is, I'm not in the same old routine of snacking after my students leave in the afternoon since my days are at home. I also have not eaten after dinner, which honestly has not been a huge problem for me in the past anyway.
