Didn't plan to weigh in again until March 24th but I thought I note that I did begin to make changes in my day to day schedule.

I could do better, and I will.

I'll be back next week to report at least another 2 lbs weight loss.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
