Well, it's better than gaining.

I've been having great days though. Really proud of myself, especially the working out part. Today was so great! Upped my work out at the gym and I sweat my butt off!! It felt great. Funny, cuz after the treadmill I worked on my arms, then did one ab session and out of all the 5 machines of arms, the ONE abs machine is what's killing me right now! I love it.

I'm starting to realize that my core is where I should focus my weight loss. The reason is that during running, I have a personal trainer app that keeps reminding me to pull my belly button to my spine. I've been taking yoga classes and they say the same thing during all the stretches, and to use my core to move my legs and arms to do the positions. I talked to my sister about it, and she was told holding up your core holds your posture better, and that helps you breathe a lot better. She was actually told this by her spin instructor, who said that when your posture is bad, your breathing is hindered and you get tired even faster!

After the awesome gym session, I made some dinner that was..... legendary. It's really simple, and it's been done I'm sure, but I'm so new to cooking that I get so excited when I find something amazing!!! It was whole green beans boiled in water, butter, lawry's seasoning salt, and pepper; steak marinated overnight with teriyaki and light pineapple flavoring, topped with melted cheese, sour cream, and some salsa. WOW. I loved it.

I still have some left over taco salad stuff from yesterday, so I'll be having an awesome lunch again tomorrow (I had it today and it was even better than the taco wrap I had the night before). And tomorrow night I'll be enjoying this steak dinner again. I always make enough for left overs, and I'm especially glad I did today!

Hope I see some movement on the scale tomorrow... here's for hopin'!
