Day 10 of p90x complete! I feel like I've reached a milestone. I keep looking in the mirror looking for change. I realize I'm probably not going to notice until I take measurements and compare them to day 1 measurements, but I can't help trying. I plan on retaking measurements when I start phase 2. And even then I'm not expecting huge changes.

Gotta keep those expectations reasonable!

My only complaint is that I can't really do any of the shoulder flys(with proper form). My shoulder still hurts from the fall I took the week before Christmas when I try to do these exercises. The shoulder does seem to be getting better though.
