I gained another 1.6 pounds today. I tried to watch my solium levels yesterday so I don't understand why I gained weight. Plus, I only ate 6 mini-carrots for supper so that I would have a light dinner. I don't get it. I was doing so well! :(

My "unscientific study" has revealed that when I go over on my sodium I will consistently have a heavy weigh-in for a day or two afterward. Sodium is DEFINATELY a weakness for me, too many prepared foods I think. Water seems to help flush the sodium, for me anyway. Chin up, you're making progress!
