only went to the gym once this week but am planning on going to yoga tomorrow morning. I feel like I really am trying to eat better but haven't seen a difference on the scale.

Keep going to gym, yoga or workout is good! Do NOT stop... it takes time before your body gets used to the good food and for the changes to take effect, keep up the good work and soon you will surprise yourself! :) I am speaking from experience!
