Been on Atkins now for 16 days...drum roll please, down 17 pounds!
Going to stay on induction till the end of the month.

Congratulations!! Great results! That's why my husband loves this diet; the weight just melted off him, and he's kept most of it off for 9 years. When he gets up a bit he just goes back on induction for a couple weeks or a month and the weight comes right back off.

That's my plan! When I hit my goal I'll go back on induction if my weight goes up...and I bet it will! lol
