So, up early today and I ate. Since I couldn't find my kitchen timer I bought one and set it after eating today. I have leftover won ton soup that I know I'm going to have for lunch and a planned snack to see where my calories are for the day. Breakfast, lunch & snack are just over half my calories for the day.
I've been looking up calorie dense natural foods so that I can find this balance I seek. I look forward to getting smaller just so I don't have to eat so much!
We typically only eat meat once a week and this last week I seem to have had too much meat. On top of which we received a free turkey from where my husband works for Thanksgiving but we went to someone else's house so I've had this GIANT bird hanging out in my freezer. Well I decided to thaw it earlier this week and today is the day to cook it. The day I am completely fed up with eating meat. Irony is a mean bitch.
This freakin bird is going to make like a million meals that all need to be prepared and frozen like today and tomorrow. I think I'll can the soup and save some freezer space.
The one thing I haven't done yet is get my fat butt moving. I mean I'm moving a lot but not in a concentrated exercise kinda way.
I think I can at least manage to plan my exercise for the week today, maybe I can actually get some in as well!
