We were gone all weekend to Chicago to our son's hockey tournament and I ate terrible. I just ate because there was so much food. I had planned out my food pretty good, like yogurt. fruits and veges and water. but instead I ate everything I should not have. Everyone brings food and that seems to be all we do. Once I start I can't seem to find the willpower to stop. I need help!!!! Jackee
