Struggled this week, mainly with recording what I've eaten. Yesterday worked a 15 hour day and ate Smithfield chicken for dinner, pulled all the skin and coating off. Had only eaten a few pork rinds through the day, but I wasnt hungry all day. Hoping that is a good thing. Today I'm hungry. I've just made some pretend chocolate - coconut oil, the 100% chocolate powder with nothing else in it and a teaspoon of stevia mixed and in the freezer as a thin layer between glad wrap. Hope it works. Going to get back onto recording properly. Hope everyone else is doing good.
