Took off my compression garment today. Took "after" photos, and I can see that, even though I can't tell when I look head on, that the lipo did do a lot of good. I put on a few pounds of water weight, but the doctor says it will be on and of for the next few weeks. Planned on going to the gym, but after a quick dash from one room to another at home, I found out just how sore I really am. Planning to get up in the morning and go swim at the gym instead. Should be nice. Maybe I'll even walk on the treadmill.
