Saying followed only reasonably well because I could / should have drank more water. Will work on that today. Otherwise- yay! Down some more, just under 5lbs for week 1 of Induction! :) 5 more to go before I'll move onto phase 2. Thinking that losing 1/3 in each loss phase will be a good way to go.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
