the weather has turned cold again it stinks but i am going to ride through it even if it is an hour in the trainer i have to get it done
i have been sliding a bit not so much on the intake side of it but more so on the actual quality of my meals
168.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
