I found the app for this website last night on my Storm and I find it very enthralling. I don't think of myself as the overly health conscience type. You know the carb counting, calorie monitoring, 7lbs in 7lbs out type. I mean weight train and try to eat everything in moderation. After examining this website I think I might have stumble upon a gem that may help me get to the next level of overall well being. I will keep you posted
