I had pancreatic pain today for about 3.5 hours. It started about an hour after lunch. I took a belladonna for the spasm, but it didn't help. After 3 hours I had ginger tea. Am feeling better this evening. Could it have been something I ate? Could I have eaten too much protein or fat in the black bean, veggie & turkey burger for lunch? I will begin tracking.
