Forgot to change the fact that I only used the slimfast for about a week and a half just to jump start myself from a plateau I was stuck on. It seemed to work and my own nutritional choices have really help me come a long long way.

I am soo impressed by your experience. I have only been at this a week and have moments where I want to give in. I thought you should know that you have encouraged someone out here in diet-land! I am tired of carrying around this weight and feeling gross. Keep it up (and I am going to also)!
