Came home hungry... it was a long long day, you know one of those days that it seems that nothing goes right. Had Subway 6" Chicken and soup for lunch - just did not do it. Came home, opened the fridge and stopped.

I put on a pot of coffee, pulled out the veggies I had in the fridge and decided I would take my time and make a good meal.

The outcome - 130 kcal Baked Stuffed Zucchini & garden salad.



It was very good - so I ate the other half that I was going to save for lunch tomorrow. ~laughs~ 260 kcal still not too bad.
