I have lost my motivation to maintain my weight. I use to believe that the work of tracking would help keep me responsible but obviously not at this point in my life. I'm close to not being able to get into my pants. I need to find motivation again.

Think of what you want from managing your eating habits and food intake. What you gain from refocusing your habits and choices to get what you want for yourself. If you falter or fall pick yourself up dust yourself off and go forward. If weight issues plague you check why? put these things in order for you and be happy don't use food weight to beat yourself up, let control and reason guide you.

I have the same problem. I'm back to 133 again. My problem is I love food. I love to shop for it, cook it, eat it. But maybe we can encourage each other. My clothes are tight again. I don't want to buy bigger ones. Maybe we could challenge each other to lose just 1 pound a week. If we can compare and egg each other on, maybe it'll work. What do you think? I'm perking up at this idea! Are you game?
