OK ladies and gentlemen... I'm back!!! This is going to be a great week. I'm getting off to a fantastic start. I'm sticking to the diet reasonably well considering people keep asking me to bake and cook for them. I baked a cake the other day and I made chocolate icing to go on it so that I wouldn't be tempted. I don't like chocolate. Crazy I know, you'd think I'd have zero trouble with dieting. I do like candy bars just not, chocolate cake, ice cream, icing, brownies, etc.

So yesterday and today I ran a little over 3.5 miles. My goal is to do 3 to 5 miles/3 to 5 times a week. For breakfast I made a mushroom, spinach and tomatoe omlette and plan to have a salmon ceasar salad for lunch. My groceries were delivered yesterday so I'm planing on trying the "fake" pasta made from zuccini for dinner.

Also, my bestfriend (and roommate) is a body builder. She is preparing for a show ten weeks away and her preshow diet is a lot like south beach in reverse. It gets more strick towards the end. For example right before the show at the end of her diet she will be at phase one. So this will probably help me. Another friend runs marathons and wants me to run a half marathon with her in Virginia Beach this Labor Day weekend. I think I'll do it if I get the chance to train. Let me know if anyone is in that area and would like to run as well or come and support anyone who does want to run.

3-5 miles!!! Good lawd, I'm booty still hurts from running 1min on the tread mill, You're a good one, I am proud of you. I will get there one day. Way to go, good job, girl.
