I've been doing pretty good, keeping under my calories, and been aiming for 30 mins a day or exercise. I think it's time I amp that up, start aiming for 45 minutes to really start burning calories!
315.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
