bought the Idiot's guide to Hypnosis, 2nd edition. Read the self hypnosis and the weight loss sections. Started it on the 10th. It is helping me think like a thin person. I go into a short trance, and recite to myself these 4 suggestions: Fried food tastes bad; you will chew your food longer; you will drink plenty of water, between meals, before meals, during meals, and after meals; You will not eat after 9pm.
It is working. I will add another set of 4 suggestions this week as per the book. I walked to Spot coffee & back on Wed for breakfast. 5 mile round trip. Felt great. 2 miles the other days. only takes 40 mins.
