I feel better that I have in a very long time. I absolutely love this site for the food and exercise tracking. It really keeps me in check and I can easily pre-plan all of my meals. What I love even more is the fact that I can enter every single meal that I have ever created and tweak it to meet my needs and it still tastes great! Where was this site 4 years ago? Or maybe where was I 4 years ago?

Meeting new people who share the same journey and struggles is comforting and encouraging. Sharing in people's accomplishments is a gift and I am glad to have found this site.

I'm at work now almost half way through a 12 hr shift and I feel pretty good. I actually started my exercise program before work last night. I find that drastically cutting my carbs has given soooo much more energy, clarity, alertness, and has alleviated joint and back pain and my GI issues are resolving.

I know that lasat time I got healthy and changed my eating by eliminating foods I was either allergic or sensitive to, I felt so great. Now......I MUST remember how good this feels and fall into the trap of deep fried paradise.

Looking forward to a new day towards getting healthy!

:) I'm glad you found this site- I agree it's amazing. Almost addictive... Glad to hear that the exercise and diet are leaving you feeling wonderful! That's so encouraging. In the words of Kingkeld, "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" I think "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels!"
