So I went to the GI doctor yesterday and he suggested that I try a Low FODMAP Diet. He says it may help with my symptoms of bloatiness and nausea. And in the process may will loose weight. So I looked up what I should and shouldn't eat and with a few adjustments I can do this. It's a diet so to speak of food s that cause disruption in your gut. I'll do about anything to get rid of this feeling. I feel like I'm swollen in the inside. Anyone else have this feeling??
