I kinda been hanging around the same weight for a few weeks.
Memorial Day through me off track,now i'm trying to get back with it.
I wish losing weight wouldn't be so hard for me. Any motivation
you can give would be great. Also any pep talk for staying consistent
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Queenbee. I think Memorial Day did a number on many of us. You are steadily losing the weight, you are seeing results so don't beat yourself up. You are HUMAN. Use your tip cards and plan your starches over the weekend to accomodate last minute plans. I keep at least one starch and protein available for myself for the evening hours in case husband and I decide to eat out or at a friends. That way I can still have some of the good stuff without feeling deprived/left out. Have a great day!
