I am scared to eat all my points after losing 9 lbs. I am allowed 10 extra points just for breastfeeding and that seems a lot. So, I have been eating about five points under my allowed. This week I have not lost anything. Help anyone.

You've done fantastic so far, so keep up the great work!! ;o) 10 points does sound a lot... but then even for those of us that don't have to eat those extra points, WW tells us to eat ALL our points. Otherwise our metabolism can slow down and our body think that we are trying to starve it. It then starts trying to hang on to everything it's got... so that could be what has has happened at the moment. You're on the verge of recalculating shortly, once you get into the 150's... but I would add your extra 10, or as near as... then see what happens. I've increased my points, overeaten this week... but still mangaged to lose 1lb... so hopefully that will make you feel a bit better about doing that! I Don't think you should short yourself on points...you should eat all the points you are allowed...they give you these extra points for breastfeeding for a reason...I think your body needs the extra right now..I wouln't worry to much..your chart looks real good..Good Luck

you don't want to short yourself or your baby. Eat those extra points, but make them for fruits, dairy, or granola bars. That way you aren't doing anything bad, and you are still getting what you need and that lil one too.
