At last the scales are heading in the right direction! Because it is daylight earlier in the morning and later at night, I am spending more time walking the dog and this seems to be helping the weight loss. Plus not drinking as much red wine, which I'm not too bothered about, but missing my "wee drams" of malt whisky of an evening.
