You have to buck up and get through one day witout choosing bread. I know it's incredibly hard (my weakness is sweets), but once you get through that one day by making the right choices, then it is easier and easier in the following days. I know that first time is rough, but you just have to make up your mind that you want to lose weight and now is the time to do it, and to attain that goal, you have to make the right choices.

Here's a recipe I use to make "fake" pancakes, as I also like waffles and pancakes and such. 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 packet splenda, dash cinnamon. Mix well and cook in skillet just as if it were pancake batter. Then use a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and sugar free syrup. It's almost like the real thing!

Think of it this way by not eating the bread today, tommorrow you will literally be a lb or two lighter. (literally) when you see the scales tip it makes it alot easier to say goodbye to breads. YOU CAN DO IT!!! 1 day at a time. Dont give up!!!!!! Soon you will love the new you (breadless)

Prepare your meals ahead of time, and stick to that minus the bread. I simply got rid of the bread (completely out of the house) my husband was saying today that he wants to make a sandwich,so I'll pick up a small loaf for him but fortunately I no longer have the desire for it,and I know it (especially sweet) could break me down (in the past). I have confidence now that I won't touch it. You'll be fine.

When you have your bread craving just try to think about how much you want to lose weight and how happy you'll be when you reach your goal. Its gonna be hard but you'll be so much happier in the end! It really does get easier after the first few times!!

For three days it is very hard to say goodbye to all of the things that you love, but I find that after three days the cravings go away. Planning what you will eat in advance will also help you avoid things you shouldn't have. Also try to have some "emergency" plans. You are out shopping and get really hungry. If you already have a plan like grabbing a salad from wendys then you won't be tempted by the pretzel stand.
