Day 13 -- Skipping breakfast is NOT wise...I have felt TERRIBLE all day! I had 1oz of NingXia red and a banana...but that was not nearly as satisfying as one of my Herbalife shakes! My grapefruit at snack time was a picker-upper though! Time to go work out!
