Maintaining Weight at 150 lbs. Summer activities and exercise will help me develop muscle, I believe. My goal is to be physically fit, while maintaining best weight for me. Then, stabilize for a couple of years. My history has been "lose and gain". My trust and support comes from the Lord!! Through Him, I can do ALL things!
