Well I made it through Halloween without gaining weight. I didn't lose either though. Not good but definately not bad. I usually start gaining weight around this time of year. Well today is a new day and I'm ready to get back on that wagon. Anyone have any great tips on how to make it through Thanksgiving? I'm a vegetarian so I tend to flock toward high carb items since all the protein we serve is meat. I'm going into the holidays with a whole different outlook this year. Hope it works.
