Welp, I think I caught the cold...I feel like crud. Haven't been to the gym yet this week.
I had catered lunch at work yesterday which is why I exceeded my RDI, but I don't even care because I don't feel good.
I'm hoping one more day of TheraFlu and really hard sleep will be enough to get me back into the world of the living...
