Made it through the work week. (whew!) I planned out my intake for the day and even included two doubles of captain and diet mt dew (I am soooo looking forward to that tonight!) My best friends birthday is tomorrow and a night out for dinner, drinking and dancing is planned. I actually asked ahead for a menu to be faxed to me so I can make the game plan of what's got the least calories. I am not too worried cause I plan on dancing a lot of the calories off. Hope my first weekend goes well!
