The idiot box moved ever so slightly this morning. We shall see if it holds. I shall be glad when the bag of peanuts are gone, as with almonds I have no portion control. However, I leave them on the table where my hand can dip in when I walk by. Sabotaging myself it would seem. Yes, they are a good snack, no not umpteen times a day. *sigh*

Peanuts my greatest downfall. Last night I only took out what I allowed myself and put the others away. I'm starting to develop a problem I don't want. I fought to hard to now become my own enemy. Put them away, and then say "thank you" to yourself.

i have the same problem with pistachios. i have to buy them in-shell an raw. they still taste good, but i eat less because i get fuller faster and i get tired of cracking those shells. Hey, it works for me...
