Three hours in Detroit airport, over lunch. Question: what to eat. Answer: Beef Jerky and Tomato Juice. Not high dinning by any means, but satisfied the dietary requirements fairly well. Good protein number - but bad sodium number. (Sure wanted a Vanilla Latte... but, not yet. Sigh.)

That was a very smart move. I found out that I like jerky. It hits the spot and there are many variations (peppered, teryaki, etc.) and it goes with so many other things. Four months ago, I wouldn't have eaten jerky, but like you said, good protein.
