2057 kcal Fat: 51.80g | Prot: 168.38g | Carb: 240.47g.   Breakfast: Cereal Cream 10%, Rasberry - 1/2Calories, Canola Oil Spray, Liquid Egg, Whole Wheat English Muffin, Ketchup. Lunch: all whey, Cereal Cream 10%, nutri grain cereal bar mixed berry. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Beer, Straight Cut Fries, Ketchup, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Cashew Nuts, All Whey, Clementine, Cottage Cheese 1% Fat, Source 'Exotik' Yogurt. more...
