46days on Atkins Today was a good day.Well in the begining it was a usual day and till 11pm at night I was quite depressed and sad.But then when I opened my mail and found a mail from Royal college saying that they are glad to announce that my exam is shifted to next available date and I dont need to pay any fee again,I became so so so so happy and relieved...I will take a do or die preparation and pass. Here is my todays food log- Breakfast-2eggs+1tomato+31gm mozzarella cheese+tea Lunch=Vegetable soup+1cup beef Snack=Fluxmean pancake with one pat of butter+31gm mozzarella+tea Dinner=1/2 cup of beef Total net carbs=21 total calories=1323 I also exercised today for quite long time,more than one hour. Weight stays the same till now. Today was good but I know tomorrow will be even better. Better and better than today.
